Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions
If the product arrives, damaged, damaged in transit, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Velox Jewellery , you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or refund.
We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition accompanied with the original box. The original hoop and tag must be unbroken and still attached to the jewellery.
We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons other than defective or damaged items. Refunds cannot be given for special orders or for any items that have been altered, resized or engraved.
Extended refund policy - if you require an extension to the refund policy where the item is bought for a present etc. Please contact us in writing for authorisation.
Please note all refunds will be paid minus the costs of postage.
All refunds will be made through the same process as payment, i.e. paypal, crediti/debit card or bank transfer.
